Diana Donnelly is the Manager of Business Operations at Elizabethtown Gas Company. Beginning her career with ETG 12 years ago in the billing operations department, she quickly ascended the ladder, gaining positions as business analyst and then supervisor. As the supervisor, she developed and maintained the transportation system for the regulated NUI companies. Diana earned her Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science and her Master's degree in Environmental Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). She brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous employer as a software developer.
In her current position, Diana is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business related to Billing Operations and Services, which includes:
- Developing policies and procedures for billing operations and billing services
- Providing leadership and direction for the billing of the manual, industrial, commercial, and residential transportation customers
- Supporting third party suppliers at Elizabethtown Gas and Virginia Gas
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and ordinances and maintaining regulatory relationships
